Here's the first part of HotRod's post: "For the first time in years of me trying, the missus let me fuck...".
My question for anyone bothered by this is: If you're particularly sensitive to such things, then why did your eyes continue scrolling to the right past the word "fuck"?
I would understand the outrage better if HotRod posted an image of his exploit(s). There's not much one can do to avoid seeing an image in its entirety on an average-sized monitor with a typical DPI and resolution (the absurdly-long image Frink, et al. like to post excluded, of course), but one can surely stop reading.
FWIW: I agree that HotRod should have posted this elsewhere or not at all. NSFW threads exist with good reason.
