One frame is not likely to be detected, which is why nobody said anything before Darth Mallwalker checked the title card (even when the audio was being discussed). I can confirm that the title card appears on frame 689 though.
Those who wish to fix this can run the audio tracks that they want through eac3to.
eac3to input output +42ms
Ah, so I guess Darth Mallwalker meant seconds. I thought .041ms would be way too small to notice, but I have previously noticed advanced audio of around 50ms in plenty of other videos so I guess it's not the placebo effect.
So a one frame audio advance is 42ms? And would this be the same for any video that is 23.976 fps? Do you not trust mkvmerge/tsmuxer to apply the delay correctly or is eac3to just your preferred method?
Thanks for your DVD versions by the way.
