Actually, I did wonder sometimes if it was perfectly in sync all the way. I know that near the end, 2 frames were removed for sync issues, but even in the early scenes, it's a thing I wondered...

I also noticed, when resynchronizing my subtitles, that there was a 1-frame difference between Star Wars DE and Team Blu's BD25 upscale. The 1-frame difference appears in the hangar on Yavin. Since the two version include Hairy-Hen tracks and other similar tracks, I wondered about that, too. Maybe the same thing happened between the Respecialized and the Team Blu's 1997 Upscale, I haven't looked into it yet.
