I kinda always saw us as just a bunch of like minded buddies, all workin on a project together. Not unlike a bunch of dudes all workin' on a car in a garage on a saturday while drinkin' beer.....except a lot more geeky than that ;) It's not like a structured military organization or anything. It's Ady's edit, so obviously final decision rests with him...but there's no real hierarchy to speak of.
