Here's my opinion, quality wise

1- Zion Hybrid (good colors, few interferences, pretty sharp)

2- Gormaanda Hybrid (too light, some sharp)

3- WHIO v2 (US / FR) (little to no interferences)

4- WHIO v1 sharpened

5- WHIO v1 remastered (bad deinterlacing)

6- KCCI Angrysun (too dark and some interferences)

7- TF1 (high resolution but very blurry)

In the end I think the highest quality may be attained by :

- using WHIO v2 videos

- setting it to Zion Hybrid colors/luminosity

- sharpening the result to be on par or be better than Zion Hybrid

- making a US/Spain/Rifftrax/French (adding the missing passages in english for the french one) version

- using the HD cartoon part that was remade
