I like Alien3 too. I think it is pretty much in par with Aliens, considering the last 30 minutes of Aliens is quite ridiculous.

I prefer the extended version as well. A slight correction though, it is not really a "director's cut" since the director refused to participate. It is actually labelled as "assembly cut".
