To bring this up again, I'm wondering about the logic behind making the Falcon's shadow on the asteroid into a soft circle. Here is a still of when the Falcon is about to enter the asteroid cave, and as you can see, the shadow is pretty detailed. Detail can be seen in many shadows of rocks and such throughout the scene as well.
