Broadband is a MUST really - I lost my Cable for 2 months and I had to get dial-up for the time I was down - MAN it ws sad my wife even HATED it. Once you go broadband your hook for life (kinda like crack I guess )

Torrent of Isomix Jedi is missing!!

Hello Rikter,

I got the same problem as c6po; i´ve been trying to dl the siomix since monday.

It didn´t start at all. Azureus did not find any connected host. I cancelled the whole ant the torrent file, to dl it anew. When I looked at myspleen, it has vanished. All trials to find it failed.

What no`? Where is the torrent.file?

Maybe you ca mail it? (though it is not 100% suitable with the forum rules?)

Sorry - I had to drop it for a few days - as I have a DJ project I've beenworking on with my brother the last few days so the torrent is up and down based on how often we remote desktop and FTP -

I shoulod have it up and running full time within the next 24 hours or less

OriginalTrilogy.com ROCKS to, thanks to this site I have found out all I need to know about Star Wars and then some from some people who know what the hell they are talking about, and I have the OOT on DVD which is what we all want.

I sat down with my 6 year old daughter and watched the OOT and she loved it. After all the new special effects movies of today she was amazed with this story. She understood the movie. It had her favorites: a princess, a hero (several) and a some bad guys. We have watched them several times. Now you tell me, if this can keep a 6 year old still for 2 hours it has to be good.

If I watched the original airing (honestly can't remember) it would have been on channel 5.

Have any of you guys thought of doing a share? Basically what this involves is Someone does a copy of their version of starwars and announces it on the forum, then everyone who want's it puts their name in the list. It then goes to the first person on the list, they copy it and send it onto the next person on the list and so on. If everyone does this with their own versions or versions that they have aquired everyone would be able to get a copy of every version floating about out there.

I have been trying to download from myspleen but it is always busy and this way everyone could get hold of all the copies for just the price of a few stamps. Obviously someone would have to burn the discs first and send them out but if one person burns their set and someone else burns their own set everyone could get all of the versions available.

Does this make sense??

WELCOME to the forums!!!

As for your idea....

This is done all the time here on the forums actually - The best way to get them is to either download them from myspleen.net (it really only takes about 2-4 days to download the files) or to get a low priced set from on of the other members - I upload the movies via bittorrent, others sell the discs for a few bucks and others do B+P (blanks plus postage) - THERE are a few members and many lurkers here that you can get the DVD's fromas they sell their sets on auction sites (besides eBay) - the prices may seem right BUT can get them FREE or WAY cheaper if you know whom to approach here on the boards - I would suggest that any new member PLEASE READ the forum and you'll find the needed info in a few minutes flat

Info is much appreciated. I did buy a set off of ebay but I am not sure what version it is. The starwars disc has a very very soft picture and so I wanted to see if I could find a better version of it. I am also trying to win a bid at the moment of all 3 films on laserdisc, but they are going for silly prices.

I am downloading a few off Myspleen at the moment. Can't wait for them to finish.
