Why didn't Count Dooku tell Anakin about Palpatine when he was betrayed?

 Yes all this.  And the better ways should have started by NOT calling him...

Darth Tyrannosaurus.  "Darth" anything was already a losing proposition, but then the lumbering-and-extinct-monster-with-a-peanut-sized-brain-evoking "Tyrannosaurus" just renders the character entirely nil.
