As far as how many versions of the film there is... well, there are three:
-Original Theatrical Cut (what was released on R2/R3/R4 DVD, Laserdisc, and VHS)
-Director's Expanded Cut (what was released on R1 DVD)
-Director's Definitive Cut (what was released on Bluray)
