I started watching this much at the behest of the better half.
The horror bits are fun in a cheesy sort of way but it's all very sub-sub Salem's Lot (1979).
The rest of it is very very bad soap opera.
The protagonist so far is meant to be a recovering alcoholic, whom because the time restraints of his demanding job, is losing his family and yet he and his co-worker look like this :
While his incompetent superficial boss looks like this :
Now call me picky but if you have ever tried to get fit (less fit than Corey Stoll) it takes time down the gym a lot of hours out of your day.
So wouldn't it have made more sense to have Daniel Kash play the hard working family man loosing his wife and child to a job he cares deeply about beset with figure damaging substance abuse and have Corey Stoll play the callous, inpatient boss with too much time on his hands?
Just sayin'
