If I put the .iso's for Star Wars and Empire on Dvd+r DL discs will they play in my ps3?

Yes, be sure to select burn from image file in your burning program. Don't just burn the ISO as an individual file. I recommend using ImgBurn.

I will also change DTS-HD to DTS-HD MA and I will add the request for help with Project 3P0 to the readme.

You mean just editing the nfo, right? The tracks are DTS-HD MA in "old" version?

Also, to the person who uploaded the torrent on Myspleen: please nuke it now, when snatch count is low.

Yeah, the compact release is still on but it may take me a few days to get around to doing it.

Cool. I'm in no rush, just wanted to ask before running the large mkv through handbrake for a "portable version". Would you also be doing a compact release for Star Wars 2.5 or has that ship sailed? Thanks again my friend.

That's already available somewhere - made by someone else but sanctioned by me.

Oh, OK. I must have missed that. Thanks!

I did notice something odd though. In the first shot after Luke has arrived on Cloud City and he's walking down that hallway toward the camera, the sky suddenly dims about a second after the wipe.

Well damn, I've already downloaded the MKV.

So I can just edit the info w/MKV merge?

OK, the fixed MKV is up at tehparadox now!!!

@Tobar: Yes, it's there.

@Nick66: The '93 track isn't missing, it's just not named - all you need to do, is open the MKV in MKV Merge and put "2.0 Dolby Digital (1993 LD mix)" in the description of track 5 and set its language to English.

Beautiful, thanks...I was planning on running it through MKV Merge to remove some of the language tracks I wasn't interested in anyway.  I'll also rename the DTS track.

Harmy, for doing this....well, you know.

Harmy....you're a ROCK STAR!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Are there plans for a re-specialized version of Empire as well? Are the DTS discs available for it?

Author

Maybe - I'd need someone to sync the DTS discs to the BD before I could make that version though.

Gotcha. Well, take a rest and let us enjoy the fruits of your labor. You deserve it. Thank you again! :)

Harmy, just an FYI, the "1980's voiceover" and "2004 voiceover" are not flagged as Russian/Ukrainian (tracks 17 & 18 respectively).  Not a big deal, they are named correctly, but the language flag isn't there.

Is the current version up on MySpleen (id 14263) still the one with the nameless Track 4? If so, how can I find the fixed version on tehparadox?

@ Byakko

just search for Harmy.

Darth Id on ‘Why “Ben”?’:

And while we’re at it, we need to figure out why they kept calling Mark Hamill’s character “Luke Skywalker,” since it’s my subjective opinion that his name is actually Schnarzle Shnuzzle.  It just doesn’t make sense!

Damn you George Lucas for never explaining why they all keep calling Schnarzle “Luke”!

Damn You!!!

I did, but my question was whether the MKV there was the recently fixed one or if it had the nameless Track 4. That's a moot point now, though, since it's no longer there. :(

Only a few post before yours, Harmy posted this:

So the one at paradox is the fixed one.

I am still able to find it.

And I think the old one is gone, to eliminate confusion. Either way, the description makes it clear.

A slightly off-topic - is there some list of changes done specifically for the mono mix? The differences for the Star Wars mono mix are pretty well covered, are the Empire changes covered too? I plan to watch Harmy editions with the mono mixes, so I want to know what should I concentrate for

Harmy, are these the correct checksums for the (latest) 2.0 MKV?
