Go to Fry's Outpost online. You can find a retail Maxtor IDE 250gb drive for $110 right now w $5 shipping (so $115 total about). Hell of a deal. I'm not sure if I can post a link to the product, but checkout dealnews.com they have it off their homepage.
EDIT: Not sure of any Sata deals going on, but that drive is still a great deal. Bought one a while back from staples.
