I will NOT re-encode the final encode that I have now. The reason for it is that it looks nice at the 25mbps that it's encoded at. I have done some test and, discovered myself, this movie looks better at 25 vs 20 and I noticed that the grain is actually NOT as evident as with the higher bitrate. Maybe there is a difference in this depending on the movie footage on-screen... Not sure...
So, right now I'm in the process (~80% done) of getting a re-encode of the HDTV broadcast to 720p with German 5.1 audio, so I will actually be able to include it. As far as the audio and subtitles that I have included so far, they are as follows:

Audio Commentary Track 2.0 AC3 @384kbps (sourced from BD, re-synced to this cut)
French 5.1 AC3 @448kbps (sourced from HDTV, slowed down to 23.976fps)
Italian 5.1 AC3 @448kbps (sourced from R2 DVD, slowed down to 23.976fps)
Polish 5.1 AC3 @448kbps (sourced from R2 DVD, slowed down to 23.976fps)
Brazilian Portuguese 2.0 AC3 @384kbps (sourced from R4 NTSC Brazilian DVD)
Russian 5.1 AC3 @448kbps (sourced from HDTV, slowed down to 23.976fps)
and, for subtitles, I have: Croatian, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, and Swedish. (for some reason I am having problems ripping the Brazilian Portuguese subtitles from the R4 DVD)
I'm still hoping someone will come through with the LD PCM audio. Now I have to encode all the extra footage (that's not from the official BD release) and then put together a menu and chapter marks and... etc...
This is coming together and should be finished within next few days ;o)
