J. Kolosm, there is just one problem, if Greedo is shooting JarJar Stinks, why would Han kill Greedo. Greedo would be doing the Galaxy a favor.

He always meant to kill Greedo, but he decided to wait for Greedo to shoot Jar Jar, and then make his move. He would kill two birds with one stone.
