The Tin Woodman aka Nick Chopper, is a cyborg too as are the Cybermen (clue in the name there). Hector is also a cyborg, he has human looking brains. The NuGalactica Cylon also has organic components. Evil Edna is a witch who was turned into a television set when one of her spells backfired. Henry is a vacuum cleaner not a robot. I was never sure what Ludvig was.
