Honestly, I'd be surprised if they ever release Star Wars again WITHOUT including the OUT. I must stress that I can't say whether or not it will be a satisfactory restoration, but Disney knows that releasing the movies without the OUT is just alienating some of their potential customers, and they're smarter than that.

you may be right. I think Disney knows that there is a significant percentage of their customers that will not buy an OT release if it doesn't have the OUT. I do think they're smart enough to know the best (maybe even the only) way to get people to double dip and re-buy SW on blu ray is to include the OOT.
