Best and/or most user friendly Blu-Ray menu creator?

Thread title says it all. I've been searching online for a Blu-Ray menu creator that doesn't have a huge learning curve and can produce excellent results. All I really need is something that can make simple chapter menus, audio selections and extras selections for. I also need something that WON'T require any transcoding to create the final BD with menus from (ie. keeping the DTS Master audio track, same video encode). Any suggestions or feedback welcome. Thanks!

I've been asking this as well with little response.

Apparently MultiAVCHD does this but it does require an apparent learning curve.
