As I mentioned elsewhere I only enjoy the 97 SE's for their colour corrections accept for in the first movie because of the really annoying pink tint visible in 80% of the movie so I like what Lowry did in 2004 better than in 1997 for the first movie but I prefer the 97 versions of ESB and ROTJ because they look better than the 2004 DVD's and 2011 BD's of Empire and Jedi mainly I hate the blue tint scenes in ESB and I hate how they made the scenes have a lighter tone the movie is supposed to be dark although I watch the bonus discs from the 2006 DVD's for the most part because it is all unchanged and I don't have to buy the Laserdiscs (which are the exact same thing).
