Have some of the other movies been shared yet? Just asking, because of the "as well" in the original post.

Are these a different/better HD master? I might be able to capture it but not this week.

I do not know if they are better.  I saw them and don't mind which master they are, I just thought they'd be nice to have if someone would help me out.

There are older caps in the newsgroups from Sky but I would really like to check these out at their full quality.

HUGE Thanks for all the you've helped me with PDB.

So ... where they any better than the official Blurays? If yes, how can I get them? :-)

The Sky Broadcasting HDTV cap is closer to the print with a little more contrast.  The US Cap certainly looks like the master for the Bluray.

There's a 35mm "out there"? And the HDTV captures look very nice too.

Can somebody send me PM with the info how can I get them? Thanks

There is a 35mm of Star Trek III: The Search For Spock project going on.  I donated towards the purchase and shipping of it.

The US HDTV caps I got help with from PDB.  I got the SKY caps from usenet.

Sky is the way to go until that 35mm is ready

How do the Sky prints handle the Vulcan/Klingon subtitles? Do the appear to be the original burnt-in versions? Caps would be welcome.

I'm working on getting the HD they are on sorted so unless someone else has them it will take a few days at least for me to post them.

is there any update on the 35mm scan?

I have not heard anything as of yet.  Others may have, if so, maybe they will chime in.

Someone here had sent me names of what to look for when searching for the Sky HDTV broadcasts in the newsgroups.  It seems I have deleted that pm and was hoping whomever it was will see this and post them here so I can try snagging them again.  My hd got a bit scrambled and when I recovered it those movies were in nameless file pieces.

I have these three ....

stins.dts

stgen.dts

stfc.dts

Thanks.
