England managing to lower expectations under the Hodge quite nicely. Roy thinks we 'should take encouragement that we dominated the Costa Rican midfield' (ignoring that they'd already qualified and didn't look too arsed). I'd rather have taken encouragement from qualifying from the group stage (and anything after that being a bonus under the Hodge).
The Italian manager Prandelli has resigned - respect to him. Some managers take responsibility for their campaigns - give the next bloke a chance etc.
