Just a couple of questions about the movies — Page 2

I hate to pick nits, but the name is "Vader", sans "i".

I believe that Bingowings gave a pretty satisfactory answer here. Likely a mixture of truth serum and a mixture of Force and technological probing.

Personally, I wish Vader had brought in a creepy Dr. Strangelove-type character armed with a giant needle instead of that clunky floating cue ball.

But I digress ...

And still what do you think about the question regarding that case with Leia and Vaider? That is the only question from my original post that still did not get a well defined answer.

You are quite demandy.  Next answer requires a ten pence donation first.

Mien Emperor! I can walk!

Now that I think about it, a Strangelove type fellow who once served the Empire, but is too brilliant/valuable to the new Republic to imprison could be interesting.

And that's Dr. Ball, M.D. to you! ;)

And before the snark patrol goes into full effect, the OP is posting from somewhere inside Russia, and the nuances of language may be lost in translation.

Where were you in '77?

Sorry, what is meant under technological probing here? Some lie detector capabilities of the bot?

Also, how could this kind of bot possibly do anything on its own without human assistance as it is described in some sources? I suppose if there is nobody around to prevent this kind of situation it should be quite easy to resist or even destroy the droid. Of course one will not get away with that, but... What do you think of this?

Russia?

Some of those lines are so good it makes me wish the audio was better so they could be used in fanedits.

Particularly Harrison's, "I'm starting to not like you".

I wish he could have said more lines like that in ROTJ,

Sorry, may be a stupid question, but who is Brian Daley, and how is he related with the matter?

So, he is the guy who adapted the radio drama series.

Regarding the radio drama based closely on the original movies, Wikipedia article told me that they are to be considered the top level of canon alongside with the movies overriding anything else.

Based on that I suppose that the situation that we hear there should be considered the canon explanation unless it is overridden by a movie from Lucas, is that correct?

I got quite confused with if Vaider or Vader is correct?

Also, I did not quite get it, how is Brian Daley related to the Mark Hamill screen test on the link above?

And then what was that link for here?

Is this Buffy speak? Either way, I approve.
