Yeah it was good. I have said it before and I will say it again I think doing 12-16 episodes of a show a year the way the BBC and cable does results in a high quality show before everyone has more time to think about what they are doing. That is not so say those networks don't produce bad shows but it seems that the talented people are just able to work better when they aren't being pushed to do 24-26 episodes in a single year. In particular I think it helps the writers since they don't have to rush the scripts through and they are not tired all the time. It's hard to find flaws in your own writing when you are tired.I would love for 24 to continue as a summer show at this length, this may be their best season and I think it is my favorite since season one.
I did not see that ending coming and it leaves so many things up in the air. I hope Chloe got a pardon two since Heller owes her just as much as he owes Jack and I have to wonder how this will effect the deal with the Russians. i am guessing the nest episode will skip ahead to the next morning and the last four episodes will take place on the next day.
It's hard to believe there are only four episodes left this season. it's been so well paced that it has just flown by. Still I don't want more episodes since I think it's the season being cut in half that has made it so good. i would rather have 12 episodes a year that are this good then 24 that are not.
