It would only work if it was possible to make the tone of voice of "Sith" and "senate" sound the same, or similar to, the rest of the line.
I tried. I originally shifted the pitch up on "sith" and "senate" to match, but then those words sounded horribly distorted and not like Mr. Jackson at all. I can't think of any time he might have yelled those two words, and I don't know if I could handle re-watching the prequels to find out.
