I am using windows 7 64 bit and the strangest glitch is happening off and on. One second my computer will be fine and the nest it will be rejecting all cookies and not letting me on any websites. it is working right now but it could go at any second. it is odd because this is effecting all of my web browsers at the same time and it isn't just not letting me use cookies it is not letting me on any websites that use cookies. I have tried all the normal fixes like clearing my cash and history and manually setting my browsers to accept cookies but none of that seems to be working and then all of the sudden for a few minutes the cookies will start working again for no reason and then they will stop for no reason. I have scanned my computer with three pieces of anti virus software and removed five trojans but the problem is still here so I don't think that was it. i think it's the settings deep in windows somewhere that are messed up.
