The neat thing about 1gig of storage space, is uploading a shit ton of music to your G-mail account as attachments, then accessing them from any other computer with internet access. Its fun. Plus, you could essentially do that with any large file. A game, or something to that effect.
I dont really use it for mail issues. Not because of the privacy thing though...just because I like my other accounts.
