Okay, that did it... I played the video in PowerDVD and stepped through frame by frame, then I saw it, but, that is the only way I really noticed it. If I play the video at full speed, this "jump" in the video is not really noticeable at all.

I saw a comment posted in another thread that is relevent here... something like this.... only geeks like us would notice something like that. I for one will not be stepping through my DVD "boots" frame by frame on the big screen... so no crime, no foul.
