So I'm building this bee hotel...

In the morning I went down to the local DIY Store and waited for aeons for the chap to slice off my lengths.

Got them home and they were all warped so while I was using straight lines mother nature in the form of planks wasn't playing this game so there were a few wandering nails that needed correcting.

Then I tried to cut some bamboo poles into 5 inch sections using a junior hack saw and the pins in the blade fell out. Naturally these are bigger than the holes they came out off so wouldn't go back in and after trying to cut bamboo with the handle-less blade for a while I gave up.

It's rather hot and I've been very drained after all that foul language so I decided to burn my hand on the oven by accident just to perk myself up.

I shall wander around tomorrow looking for things I can drill holes in (not in a kinky way).
