Thanks for high-lighting it (considering that "many fans" miss it, this is the first I've ever heard of it) because it sounds bloody awful. Winking at ghosts, indeed.
It is a cool nod that Luke does to the Force Ghost as he gives them a quick wink at the end of the movie.
Not sure if you meant Lucas changing it is bloody awful, or the wink is bloody awful?
