Post here if you see something random, unexpected or comical that brightened your day and put a spring in your step :-)

Here's one I saw this afternoon...

Somebody had scrawled a tiny "They Live!" in red marker pen on the underside of the roof of the bus shelter near my house.

I don't know quite why, but it made me happy.

These were from a few days ago and I posted them on the youtube finds thread but I think they meet the criteria here.

Rail planes. Why didn't they catch on? Love loony inventions like that. That crazy rocket powered mono-wheel they developed in WW2 springs to mind.

I'd seen the first clip before but not the old guy listening to music one. Amazing video but I'd need a control subject, because listening to Cab Calloway would make anybody feel better ;-)

It's pathetic really but this made me laugh 'til it hurt... and that ^ looks only slightly less complicated than a Virgin Trains loo.

For me the most terrifying horror film is Shoah (1985), a nine hour expose of the 'normal' people who were the cogs in the Nazi death camp machine.

It's haunted me since the I was 15, this lady however is an illustration of what you should do in a situation like that.

Anywho ..... since the topic seems to be revolving even in this thread, I was quite sick and my daughter went to the Keurig machine and made me a caramel cappuccino.

My 9 year old barrista .... watching after her dad.  Warms the soul.
