No changes are made just for the sake of it (that would be just masochistic) :-D

I remember some journalist being critical of Ady for removing some of the CGI creatures on the approach to Mos Eisley and not all of them or leaving them as the were in the SE.

The fact that many of the SE elements are just mirror images of each other, excessive or added new continuity errors that weren't in the OUT version didn't register.

The buildings in Cloud City have been altered to match the approach seen since 1997 and adjusted to match the physical sets first seen in 1980.

Any motion adjustments would probably be made to improve the directional flow of the shot (the same reason why in the OUT there are so many flip shots).
