A few weeks ago on a lark I decided to check and see if there was an app to play text adventures on android. AND THERE TOTALLY IS. So I started playing the original ADVENTURE (1975). Still really fun, I had never played it before. My first text adventure was ZORK back in the day. But yeah, any text adventure you want can played in that app. Really intuitive design based on around an SMS type interface.
