What about the two discs idea? One with movie only (ASAP) and the other with reduced quality but open matte, plus extra, later?

Yeah, definitely a nice idea. We would have the film right away and the extras to look forward to a bit later. I like the idea of 2 discs also. It would make a great film for the weekend (or whenever you get it out of course)!
