Why don't you just watch Blu-rays from your own region?

Well I can't speak for anyone else but since I made the move to Blu Ray I have missed being able to watch certain movies and shows that were just never released in my region. I am in the states and there are a few British shows and movies that I would snatch up the Blu Ray copies for in an instant if I had the money for a multi region BluRay player. For instance Life on Mars was released on DvD here but never on Bluray and the Dvds seem to costs an arm and a leg,I would love to just get the Blurays but they were never released in the states.

I came into this thread hoping to find a cheap multiregion hack for bluray players,but sadly such a thing doesn't seem to exist:(
