I'm not taking sides or trying to be rude to anybody or say anybody is right or wrong for anything they've said, but I understood he was implying you should move to a country that was different than the one you currently live in, for your own good? Not to move out of his country.

(Again, not saying I think you should move or leave or anything, just saying I think that was what he meant. I don't think he was saying move to another place to get away from him, but to help you out. The grammar he chose to use makes this hard to tell though, maybe he was being rude, I don't know. Hope I'm not offending you or anything, as I'm not trying to be rude or criticize)
