I thought the graphic of the Bith (a species renown for being musicians) and the other alien was a reference to the Cafe 80s in Back to the Future Part 2 (Michael Jackson and Ronald Gunray etc).

So maybe it was a nostalgia bar for an even earlier time or maybe not.
