If my memory serves, that's a Christmas Story reference. You know that the outdoor shots of the house and the department store were done in Cleveland.
The department store and surrounding area seen is Cleveland's Public Square and Tower City.
The home is in a neighborhood called Tremont.

Never tried it (that soup), but I'll take Ralphy's word on its taste.
