Before they are too old, Ewan and Hayden should be brought back to do a standalone Live-Action Clone Wars movie.

Seeing Ben and Anakin's friendship, seeing Ben's youthful recklessness and Anakin's hot-shot piloting skills was the only damned thing I wanted out of the PT really (And it was the last thing we actually got).

None of the plodding politics and melodrama of the PT, just two best buds (The two best buds we saw rescue Palpatine for all of 15 minutes at the start of ROTS) riding round the galaxy, kickin' ass and taking names. Lots of humour, lots of high adventure, exotic locales and a good sprinkling of action and romance. If the Marvel universe can do this type of film then so can Star Wars.

The ulterior motive would be that the footage could be used to create a new fanedited trilogy using none of TPM and good chunks of AOTC and ROTS with the new Clone Wars movie woven into the center as the new Episode II.

It might be a good idea to have some sort of Tatooine based sequence whereby we see Owen and Anakin both bonding and falling out. Maybe Anakin comes back to free the slaves from the Hutts as he promised but Owen doesn't hold with his ideals and doesn't want to get involved. But he begrudgingly does anyway ('Cause he's a decent bloke at heart) harburing some slaves resulting in the Hutts burning his Moisture farm in a for-shadowing of the events of ANH.

Can't think of a decent title. The world might implode if another SW thing is called Clone Wars again.

Almost the film that this ^ poster implies without it sucking ass like that childish CGI cartoon monstrosity did.
