You could even use the lines on the map thing for whenever there's a hyperspace trip.
That's a great idea if someone could pull it off.

I was reading that Lucas originally wanted Orson Welles for Vader which would have been very cool, so what if you dubbed Vader with The Brain from 'Pinky and The Brain' as that's a perfect spoof of Orson's voice.
After all what does Vader do every night? "Try to take over the world!"
Handily P&TB did a SW spoof episode that could be mined for SW specific words...
VIZ TOP TIPS! - PARENTS. Impress your children by showing them a floppy disk and telling them it’s a 3D model of a save icon.

Sorry, not interested in Pinky and the Brain.
It might be a lot of work, but what do you think of 1980s* arcade game laser gun sound effects for stormtroopers?
*I'm pretty sure I mean 1980s, but I wasn't around back then, so I can't pin dates on any of those games (unless I Google them, but why would I do that?).
Lol you youngster.
Not a bad idea, 'tho.
The arcade game Berzerk and it's sequel, Frenzy, would be a good source for the stormtrooper blasters.
Where were you in '77?
How about this exchange...?
Han: "It's gonna cost you something extra..."
Obi Wan: "I can give you 15,000 now... and TWO when we reach Alderaan."
Luke: "10,000??? We can almost buy our own ship for that!"

No, leave out Luke's answer. How about making it go something like this:
HAN: It's gonna cost you something extra...
OBI-WAN: I can give you fifteen thousand now, and two when we reach Alderaan.
HAN: Ten thousand. All in advance.
Is there a Fozzie Bear awards ceremony skit somewhere?
During the rebel briefing David Essex could be heard saying (from Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds), "Bows and arrows against the lightning".
Instead of calling Chewie a walking carpet, Leia could express her love for him? (Inspired by the following:)

Carrie did express her regret she didn't have any love scenes with Chewie at the MTV movie awards. ;)

Lol, perfect.
There are also all those photos of Leia making out with Chewie that might come in handy later on. ;)

Those should have been the battle droid voices for the RPT.
Tv's Frink this video has many good ideas that you might use. I hope you find it useful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RajguJoZ8aA
Yes, you have to use at least some of that! Luke whining about how they're wasting their time is my favourite part, along with some of his reaction shots. He should definitely be a pathetic failure, especially considering that it's his first time flying a fighter, flying in space, and his first time fighting in a battle. And Leia's "It's a wonder you're even alive" is perfect. :)

Nice! Is that yours?
Speaking of the Yavin battle, the pilot's line "It's blowing up from the inside!" from TPM/TRM should be used when the Death Star blows.

Or Jabba's barge or Padme's pregnancy.
Too bad Ric didn't say it...it would have been a perfect line for him.
Just saw these, might be a good audio source for IV and V.
I'm not sure if you're already planning to, Frink, but you should drag out the last bit of the Battle of Yavin, from the time that the order to fire is given. Repeat the same lever-pulling and button-pushing scenes over and over again and extend the trench-run as much as you can, so as to increase tension. After the torpedoes go in, cut to various stormtroopers and random people throughout the Death Star (and of course, Obi-Wan still doing his thing with the tractor beams).
