Would it be conceivable to take scenes from some of the Hammer blu-rays of Peter Cushing in his slightly younger years and use some of those shots to put a younger Tarkin into the PTs? Maybe show Tarkin having a few speaking lines via a viewscreen? *

* If not as a re-occuring character, then at least to over-impose over top the "Scorpius" actor who still looks nothing like Peter Cushing in ROTS.
