It made Jango a pretty interesting character, compared to his AOTC counterpart [still does cool stuff but not really any personality besides one scene where he talks to Obi-Wan for like 5 seconds lol]
I loved that little blooper reel. It's actually a good parody of the whole green screen problem and Lucas' directing.
I really enjoyed Bounty Hunter. It was nice to play a Star Wars game that wasn't about Jedi. It's right up there with games like Republic Commando for me: some of the only good things to come out of the Prequel Era.
I actually liked Jango as a character (mostly because of Bounty Hunter). I just wish they had gone with a different Boba Fett connection for the film instead of the inane "clone son" junk. Maybe making Boba the son of Jaster Mereel, Jango's mentor in the Open Seasons comic series, who Jango promised to raise as his own.
But I digress... it's interesting how so many parts of the Prequel films were expanded into better, more solid characters by EU canon, like The Clone Wars did with Anakin. It's such a shame that the whole PT era was bungled in such an all-encompassing way.

I can't see why Lucas had to invent a new character.
He looks like Boba, he acts like Boba, if he never took the mask off he could be a long lived alien like Yoda or Chewie.
Taking the mask off and making him Boba's dad ruined the mystery of the original character.
Then we got the really stupid changes to the OT to make the original character match the new one.
Stupid Lucas was stupid.
