Change the frame rate from 25fps to 24fps (slow the film down to it's theatrical speed). This should be combined with fixing the audio pitch for 24fps.
Have 2 or 3 audio tracks.
Hopefully keep the subtitles.
Keep it at the same video resolution (720x576) - well minus the unused picture area above, below and to the sides of the presentation.
I don't mind having to download another encoder, etc.
