The McOmie/Duvall-titled shot is not from any of the trailers on the 2004 DVD -- 1 "original 1971" @ 3m; 5 "re-released" (more like "re-made") @ 2m+ each. Any idea if this is a 1971+ or a 1978+ release trailer for TV? (Lucas continues to use that same hokey "perfectly clear, perfectly clear" announcing in this trailers, so no date clues from that.)
