Heck, you should dub inappropriate engine noises over all kinds of things. The Star Destroyers could sound like a really fast moving vehicle, the Falcon could sound like an old, sluggish jalopy, the Ewok hang glider should sound like a small plane, etc.
Another Doctor Who idea... as the Emperor falls down the DS2 core the footage starts to rotate and it fades into the spinning Dr Who time vortex and music.
Also cut in the post credits 'Masters of the universe' scene just after Palpatine hits the bottom (But with Ian McDiarmid dubbed over Frank Langella)...

Here's a video from YT to use during the Battle of Endor. It's outtakes of Ackbar's "It's a trap!" You should use the 2nd one in the video: "Captain, what's that smell?" "It's a crap!" The only problem is that the video has the music from TPM "Panaka And The Queen's Protectors". But I'm sure you or someone can remove that music and replace it with the correct song.
