The first Jar Jar centric episode had the strong implication Anakin and Padme had a secret romantic interlude in a Naboo spacecraft, where Mr. Binks finds a Jedi robe. (And wonders aloud how it got there!) Ziro the Hutt and Sly Snootles were definitely in a physical relationship.

Man, there's a later Jar Jar episode with what I thought was a particularly brutal death later on in the series.
