"Holy sake cup" sounds like it's getting across the meaning and intent of the line, while "sacred wine glass" sounds more literal without regard to humor.

Japanese word humor is often very difficult to translate into English. It requires a bit of imagination and cultural familiarity on the part of the translator to pull off convincingly.
