Wow. Haven't thought about this for a long time.  I do miss it sometimes but I don't even have a pc I could edit anything on anymore.  Although I do still have all the vegas project files and rough cuts from reborn on a hard drive boxed up in the closet. :)

I would really love to take a look at those files! I'm sure that would be very difficult.

Vegas let's you redirect the files.  If you ripped the movies the same way, you could have Vegas use those files instead, reconstructing the rough cuts.  So you'd only need the project files.

This is true. However, I personally can't stand Vegas as an editor. I'm a Adobe Premiere person. I would use the project files for reference and restart in Premiere. For me it's just a smoother ride.

But having those files would help tremendously!

You can import the vegas project files into Premiere after redirecting the files in Vegas.  However if any transitons were applied, they won't appear.

Is that a fact? I've never heard this in my life. Interested in testing it out though.

Hey TJ, on a serious note, do you still have those project files?

In every generation there is a thread. It alone will stand against the deleted accounts, the dead links, and the forces of darkness. Star Wars: REBORN has been re-bumped.

Ill have to look. I might still have them.

Whats your email?

 (Edited)

The name of this project is most apt. It's like a phoenix constantly being reborn and rising from the ashes.

The premise does sound pretty cool though, a real shame it was never finished. I'd love to see this completed someday.

The trailers alone were a work of art!

No kidding. Unfortunately ID told me they got pulled for copyright junk.

Bumping this again. I don’t even care.

It was going to be amazing.

Miss hearing from ID and TJ.
