_,,,^..^,,,_, you need BDSup2Sub, http://www.videohelp.com/tools/BDSup2Sub (try v5.1.2 first ++ is just a port).
You can import the sub/idx and output bd sup (PGS) format. It'll even let you resize if you need to.
