I don't think you need to apologize for setting a finishing point on this project. I started saving set photographs from star wars for a short while and the amount soon became dizzying, as there seems to exist for any given shot dozens of angles, sizes and colourations. It became too confusing to sort after a while so I just deleted the folder. I'm sure the massive collection you've assembled will make a valuable resource even as is without a slide show movie, and its great that you are willing to share it with the community.
