For the record I can assure you it wasn't ratings with Young Justice. It's CN's current business model. Action shows don't sell toys the way they used to, apparently...

As for Spectacular Spider-Man, that one probably was ratings. However, the Marvel-Disney deal really killed it when Marvel gave over all animation rights.
